Can you smoke a cigar on ship?

Are you allowed to smoke a cigar on ACL ships?  If so where, balcony, lounge, top deck?  Thanks

Definitely NOT on balcony or lounge or anywhere inside the ship. They may allow on rear of top deck.

Smoking is only allowed in designated areas on the ships.  Please note that smoking is strictly prohibited in staterooms and on private balconies.

I was recently on American Jazz. 
there was a very small area on back of ship beneath breakfast area with 2 chairs not very conducive to smoking. 
I smoked my cigars while ashore.
