Blue chip club program

This program has seen drastic changes , not for the better.   It really is almost impossible to call and get the same answer twice… it seems there are always different rules that continually change.  Wondering if this program will even get sorted out so that everyone knows the rules and how the program works ( both customers and staff) so that it’s consistent.   If you read the cruise critic posts on this topic,  you will see how frustrating it is for everyone   Thank you

Never had any trouble.  Find it very straight forward.   I pay tax and port fees.  If I upgrade the room I’m responsible for that and that changes as pricing for the cruise changes. I can use only 1 sailing per offer.  Tho I have put together a nice side by side for myself coming up with the multiple offers I have received.

If your play is on the cusp, a new lesser offer where the player is comped but they have to pay a "discounted" rate for the second person even if you want to go alone.  If you have enough play, you will get a fully comped offer for two but this has confused many

I specifically had issues where you call up, try to redeem a sailing, and they say they've reached the limit on casino staterooms on that sailing and give me a list that differed from the sailings in the BCC offer email.  I have to do a little research and talk to "Ms. Nuts", we pick a few sailings, call back, only to find the new sailings aren't part of the deal after all and I am able to book the original sailing I wanted and the rep states there were lots of casino rooms still available.  Also had issues onboard with the future cruise who could in past book casino deals where different people telling me I qualify for different sailings

Gotcha.  I tend to be very date specific on mine as work during many of them I cannot travel.  If not available just not able to use that offer.  December tho I was able to set up a decent side by side overall so am happy with that.   Upgrades room to ones I wanted.
