Debarkation scenic trainexcursion - Seward to Anchorage

Hi all,

Question for those of you that have done this excursion, we will be on the Jewel in September and I just booked this excursion, when we arrive at the airport will we have to claim our bags immediately or will we be able to store them for the day? Our flight is not departing till after 9 pm. I assume our bags will be loaded onto the train from the ship.

When I did that tour May 2023 the bags went into a storage where they could stay until some time in the afternoon. 3 pm maybe? But they also have luggage storage for a reasonable fee an Anchorage airport. At least they did last year.
