There are headphones designed to use the charging port on your phone, so that's what they'd have to stock.

On one of our cruises, I was talking to the General Manager and he told me that the HDMI ports are deliberately obstructed.  He told me that in his tenure, the ONLY time he ever saw maintenance make them available was when a gentleman with a hearing aid needed it to use a device to amplify the TV volume to his hearing aids.

FWIW: There are USBC headphone adapters also available for android phones.

They just invented a new AirPod with a string attached so you don’t lose them..
