Where can I find my booked shore excursions?

HI, My wife and I are booked on the Holland Rotterdam for a TA plus Norway sailing in April 2025. WE have already booked a couple of excursions, but some ports do not list any yet, probably because it is too far ahead. My problem is that we forget which ports we have booked excursions on. Does anyone know where this information can be found so that we do not double book.

 

Also this is our first TA, and we were wondering if there is a meeting place or sign up sheet for people who like to play card games (such as Quiddler, Bid 500, or Phase 10, etc.).

As to your excursions, you can see them by logging into your account and selecting your booking, then itinerary. The itinerary will show what excursions, spa appts, and dining you have booked for each day. You should also have received an email confirmation for your pre-cruise purchases.

You can sign into your account at the HAL Website and go to your itinerary and then click on "See Your Purchases"

Best way.  Go to manage my cruise, go to shore excursions, log in,  using pdf function as your printer, print your shore excursion brochure on your desktop, on about page 7, there will be a sheet in your pdf shore excursion which summarizes nicely all the HAL shore excursions  you have booked, you can then select your home printer and just print off that one sheet using custom printing.

I am not used to shore excursions not showing up for certain ports less than 9 months out from a cruise but I guess this is normal on HAL?

 

I have yet to book an excursion yet but will when the missing port shows up. My understanding is the app will be needed as that's your excursion ticket, nothing will be printed for you on board, which is also a departure from what I’m used to. But after purchasing they should be available in the app or is that another wait before they show up there?

It is possible (note possible!) that additional excursions will show up after you board.  This has happened a few times to us.  Some excursions will not show up in the app until 3 - 6 months prior to sailing, specially if your cruise is one of the first of a new season or with new ports.

 

The app is not required as a ticket as you can also use your stateroom door card.

Better way pre cruise is using a desktop rather than the APP, shows more information.
