The Mr noticed yesterday this promotion recently changed & now includes the Islander.  Took a look & booked a 6 night on the Islander out of TPA in March (Key West, Progresso & Cozumel) for $310 tax etc. for 2 pp in an inside.  We may upgrade to a balcony for $120 pp.  not sure if they tend to lower that price or it may bounce up the other way.  They also have 7 night sailings available too, didn’t work with our open time frame.

 

I’m going in with an open mind, consider this is a bonus trip on a dime, and expect to have an enjoyable time.  If anything, it amps up the budget for whatever other cruises we wind up booking next year 🙂

 

Apologies to the faithful, admittedly, not a parrot head by any means.  Have been to the various restaurants more times than I can remember & stayed in a townhouse @ their resort in Orlando last year, always a good time.  If the ship is half that level of fun & quality, we’ll be happily enjoying the kitsch.  If not, file it under an adventure & nothing ventured…

 

Did our time on CCL, from what I’ve seen in the reviews & promos, figure the vibe will be in the same arena.  Hoping those cheeseburgers in paradise are near Guy’s quality, that ear worm is now firmly embedded in my brain.

 

Anyway, just wanted to share here that they have broadened the offer.  Looking forward to reading more reviews & info posted, so far, so good!
