Regent Seven Seas

Has anyone been on a Regent seven seas cruise? In particular Mariner. What was your experience and satisfaction?

We cruised on Seven Seas Explorer last November. Our cabin was gorgeous but overall I wasn't impressed with Regent. The food was very variable - sounding good but not always as expected. I doubt we'll cruise with Regent again.

We sailed RSS this past February.  We were completely underwhelmed. We found the food lacking and often cold in the MDR and the buffet breakfast with almost no changes from day to day. For the high cost we paid we expected MUCH more.  The staff would be equivalent to the crew on Princess or HAL.  The bars were excellent - but even that did not take away the sting for what we paid vs what we got!

 

We sailed SilverSea in May 2023 and loved the ship.  Everything was top notch and would cruise with them again in a heartbeat.
