Flora guarantee? Go for it?

I have a sailing next August for the Flora.  The Suite guarantee  is $600pp cheaper than the Sky Suite with Veranda (currently cheapest room). I looked at the deck plans and there doesn't seem to be a bad spot on this ship with how small it is, but wondering  if anyone has sailed Flora and can give me advice if I should move up to the SS w/Veranda.

If you absolute want the Sky Suite with Veranda and do NOT want a higher class stateroom (or don't want a stateroom with the Infinite Veranda), then book the Sky Suite with Veranda.  However with a guarantee category on the Flora, you will at least have a Sky Suite with Veranda and could be assigned a higher category.

And the ship is very small, just fifty staterooms.  Not a bad one in the bunch.

Not bothered by the veranda/IV difference as I figure as small as the ship is I will have plenty of places for outdoor viewing. Just wanted to be sure there wasnt any bad locations/rooms.

So if you don't care what cabin you get, why not do a guarantee that is cheaper?!?  You have no downside. Not sure the confusion. No bad locations. It’s a very small ship. 
 

I would never do that as I hate the IV. I would not chance it. I love that the cheapest is a balcony. (Although I’m trying to convince myself that the Penthouse Suite is too much. Some days I’m “winning” and some days I’m thinking “go for it!”).
