Earliest embarkation for 10 pm departure?

We are planning on sailing on the Encore next March, and the ship does not leave Miami untl 10 pm, which I haven't seen before.  What time can we board?  We will be staying in a Haven suite.  We're trying to figure out hotel/airfare arrangements.  Thank you!!

We have done many late departures (as late as past midnight on one occasion), as they are relatively common in Europe, and embarkation has always started at the normal time (last morning).

As it is less common for US departures it may be worth checking whether there is any particular reason for this one (ie late arrival or the previous. Cruise), but I very much doubt that is the case and expect your embarkation to be as normal.

I do not see 10 pm. Encore leaves Miami at 4 pm for the Caribbean, and at 5:30 pm for the Panama Canal.

I do not see any cruise on the Encore in March 2025 or 2026 that has a late departure. However, assuming that the ship arrives in port 6:00-7:00am, you can be board around 11:00 am. The Haven has a separate waiting area above the steerage waiting area and the butlers will escort you onboard and to the Haven Horizon lounge for a greeting by the Concierge.

ToothDoc78  We will be on the same sailing.  I also had wondered about the late departure and when we would be able to board.  The ship is coming from NYC.  The previous cruise ends on March 28 in NY and then our sailing on March 30 out of Miami.

Escape is going to have a tight time sailing between New York to Miami after dropping pax off in NYC - only one full sea day.

This means Escape will arrive in Miami late, so please wait until the 21-day mark when you check in online and you’ll know what the checkin times are.
