Does anyone know the email address / contact info for the maitre'D onboard the Carnival Venezia?  Thank you in advance.

Carnival does not want people reaching out to the Maitre'Ds.

thank you, how do people request private table before boarding these days? Is the only option is to wait and speak to the Maitre'D on the first day?

You can post to John Heald's Facebook page a few days before your cruise and he will pass the request on.

It’s no problem getting a private table if you have anytime dining. You can select that in the Hub app when you check in for dinner.
 

If you have a set dining time, speak to the dining team on embarkation day to request one.

If you have anytime dining, you can request one through the Hub app when you check in. It's possible you may end up waiting for a bit until your table is ready. 

 

If you have fixed time dining, you will need to speak to the dining team on Day 1 immediately when their desk opens up.
