Travel insurance credit cards

I see a lot of credit cards advertise travel cancellation/interruption/delay coverage. 
 

In reading through (specifically VISA signature), it seems to cover sickness. But seems to miss:

1. Hotel costs 

2. cancellations from airline or cruise. They seem to only cover if cancellation is due to a public strike

 

Does anyone know of a credit card that covers common carrier cancellation?

 

Specific use case:  I just had an Air France flight cancelation on a non-cruise vacation. While I got the flight charge refunded , the 1st night hotel charge doesn’t seem covered by visa signature insurance

This is not a real answer to your question, but to me Credit Card travel insurance is only ever secondary insurance in case my full policy from an insurance company does not pay everything.

I would never rely on CC insurance only as it often is very limited.
