Sirena's system was problematic on the 8/28-9/19 Baltic cruise we just completed. Lots of passenger complaints. The GM was aware. (Was always a bit weird at times when even the TV would cut out and show no input. One moment you're watching the BBC, the next a dark screen. Sometimes seconds, sometimes minutes.)
