I LOVE Bloody Marys....and I'll be on the Sapphire in February.

Please tell me more? Was this in the Patter? Or did you just 'happen' upon it?

Thx.

I don’t recall seeing it on the patter. It was just there in the Piazza when I walked by. I’m not a bloody Mary fan, but it looked really neat.

Dang @ceilidh1, what’s your secret to keep getting all these cool behind the scenes tours?!? Looks awesome!

I just had a really weird experience at Good Spirits. I walked up and tried to order a Cartagena Cool, and they told me no and that they only serve those during the shows. Umm, on all my other Princess cruises, that’s not been a rule and you can order anything off the GS menu at any time. Is this new? A little put off by that. Settled for a Cuba Libre.

We were told that on a different ship. It was the first time I tried to order from Good Spirits. It made me not very excited to go to this bar as it seemed inconvenient to have to check the time to see if you can order their 'special' drinks. 🤷‍♀️

It was set up in the piazza, across from Good Spirits. It wasn’t advertised, just there!

Since they started having set times for the shows, they only make those “special “ drinks at those times. I think it’s because they want people to attend the presentation and subsequently order those cocktails. If you befriend the bartender you can get “unofficial “ special drinks (they call them a different name - hence my “Something Different “ and “Something Special” drinks…

On that note, other passengers are taking “my” spot at the bar. I’ve had to relocate to Crooners.

It’s a separate menu that they only give out during the show. You can order any drink (even off menu) at anytime- but the drinks on that menu only at the times when the menu is out. They are specialized names from the regions they represent, so that’s how to know if you can get them outside of the show time! If you want the drink, just look at the menu card and ask for a drink made with those ingredients but don’t call it whatever the specific name is.

It's been this way as long as I can remember. They call it the evening menu.

Interesting. On Ruby, Royal, and Enchanted I have always been able to order them any time no problem.

At dinner in Savoy. Service and atmosphere much better than last night in Pacific Moon.

Also, I’m pretty sure that this is the exact same arancini that they serve in Sabatini’s (cheese and truffle stuffed)… but I’m not complaining because it is DELICIOUS!
