I have a question about luggage on a pre-cruise tour

Anyone know how RCCL handles the suitcases, I read that if you pack them right that they hold the cruise suitcases at the terminal so you don't have to carry them around for 4 days? Any experiance I would appreciate the info. Thanks

One question would be what are your plans for the four days?

We did a post tour in Alaska last year and they will store the unneeded suitcases on the bus that stays with you the whole time. Other suitcases that you live out of are placed outside your room every morning and loaded onto the buses. You can also carry on items to the bus. Will be the same for a pre-tour.:)

Bill is right. My only advice is to pack for the cruise tour as if it is a separate trip with only what you will need on the tour in small carry-on bags. I thought I was organized when I packed for our pre-cruise tour last year and found out I wasn't.
