Kansas City - Houston

Hi! We are first time cruisers from KC, Mo. We would be leaving from KCI. What airport in Houston should we fly into? Our cruise is 1-27-07. Does anyone know of any fare deals? We can leave anytime on the 26th, and return anytime on the 4th..

There's 2 airports you can fly into George Bush (IAH) and Hobby (HOU). Most of the major carriers fly into IAH but Southwest flies into Hobby. Hobby is about 45 minutes from Galveston and IAH is about 1-1/2 hours. If you are sailing out of Houston itself, the times are a little better, but IAH is still farther away.

 

From Kansas City, I would recommend looking for Fun Fares on Southwest into Hobby when they open up reservations for next January.
