Joanniebop Posted April 19, 2006 #1 Share Posted April 19, 2006 Can someone please tell me exactly what you can and cannot use a ship board credit for? I know that it can not be used for the casino and that they can be used for drinks, spa, gift shop, etc. How about gratuities? ( 10.00 pp per day) Thanks
hersheycat Posted April 19, 2006 #2 Share Posted April 19, 2006 You can not use onboard credits for gratutities or casino play. You can use them towards anything else charged to your room on the ship .....drinks, dinners, photo gallery purchases, shopping on the ship, laundrey service, excursions, etc... Enjoy your trip. bluehorizonlover123 Posted April 22, 2006 #3 Share Posted April 22, 2006 On NCL especially they monitor and you can not use shipboard credits for tips. You can for shore excursions and gift shop purchases and photo gallery purchases and restaurant meals but not for tips. They really do seperate this out by computer and there is no getting around it.
