nicenspicy Posted April 20, 2006 #1 Share Posted April 20, 2006 I was just wondering how cool the dining room is at night. Is it very cool in the specialty restaurant as well? I've got to buy & pack accordingly so any help is appreciated. Thanks!

sailorgirl Posted April 20, 2006 #3 Share Posted April 20, 2006 We were "comfortable" on the Millie on our March South America itinerary. We were seated upstairs. My husband could wear a jacket without being warm and I could wear something with or without a light jacket. I would say a very good dining temperature. YaMamma Posted April 20, 2006 #4 Share Posted April 20, 2006 We were just on Millie 4/9 - 4/16. Temperature for me was comfortable and I wore mostly sleeveless tops/dresses. Couple times DH was warm in his dress shirt, jacket and tie..but this is also after spending the day in the sun. :) We sat in the upper level of the Metropolitan restaurant and didn't eat at the specialty (Olympic) restaurant. cavkc Posted April 20, 2006 #5 Share Posted April 20, 2006 I tend to feel the cold more than DH & I generally need something 'extra' if I'm wearing a strappy top. I generally take a few pashminas for the evening, that way I can take a few different colours and they don't take up hardly any room.
chessbriar Posted April 20, 2006 #6 Share Posted April 20, 2006 It always seems to be room temperature. Seriously, my wife take cold easy and she has never complained.
dmk Posted April 20, 2006 #7 Share Posted April 20, 2006 I also bring wraps to be on the safe side. Also it's handy if you'd like to go out on deck in the evening.
