We are not going until next May but one of our best excursions on the Triumph in '04 was the Senor Frogs party boat. With the abbrevated hours this wasn't an option. It looks like there could be a chance for us in May (as long as another hurricane doesn't ruin it for us!)!! Have a blast for me!

GaryinOhio Posted May 5, 2006 #8 Share Posted May 5, 2006 Do you know if they are working on the other ports? I can go sooo many places with that comment...lol... 1. Let me check my crystal ball 2. Lets just call the "Shell answerman" (old 80's shell oil co. commercial) 3."ohhhh mighty 8-Balllllll!!! <shakes up mystic 8-ball toy> "Tell me if the ports in Cozumel are being worked on?!!" 8-ball <Ask me again later> Sorry VICKIVICKI... I am a wiseass...and as to an answer...I would say yeah they are...it allows them to have more ships in port for longer amounts of time = more $$$ for Cozumel. Gotta love getting those hours back! We are the only ship in port that day, so I guess we are using the Inter.Pier! yesssssssssssssssssss ... Margarita time ;) Lucky dog! cheekie Posted May 5, 2006 Author #11 Share Posted May 5, 2006 One of the Main reasons it is extended... is that we are the ONLY ship in port that day, so we get the International port for sure. I called to confirm with Carnival ( 3 x's to be sure!) and sure enough.... EXTENDED! This has totally made my week's wait worth it now!
tnbigun Posted May 5, 2006 #12 Share Posted May 5, 2006 Just got back from holiday. At cozumel we did get to use the pier. has room for only one, and it is still in bad shape, but repaired enough for one at a time on rotating basis. other piers could be seen on ride to town and were totally trashed, mostly just gone. Rare babyclaytonmom Posted May 5, 2006 #13 Share Posted May 5, 2006 Does the first ship into port at Cozumel get to use the pier or is it random? Just wondered since it shows Im on the first of 5 ships to get into Cozumel this summer on the Miracle.
