If you search the cruisecritic site for "cigars", you will find some

stories of how (mostly not) to buy cigars at ports of call. We

are in the midst of a similar thread at:

Not sure about the wine purchasing, so I'll leave that

discussion to others. Should we get back into the

Caribbean again, we would be interested if people know

of some good stores to try.

 

Meanwhile, we just mail order in the US.
