hallebelle Posted May 15, 2006 #1 Share Posted May 15, 2006 What is the best way to travel from Houston Hobby airport to Galveston? We are flying in the night before our cruise and are staying in Galveston. There are four of us in our party, so we don't think one cab will suffice (plus tthe fare would be like $100). Any ideas? Thanks,
jetskier Posted May 15, 2006 #2 Share Posted May 15, 2006 There have been several posts about using Enterprise to rent a car. You drop everyone off at the pier and take the car to the drop off point. They will drive you back to the pier. Dave

meecho13 Posted May 15, 2006 #4 Share Posted May 15, 2006 Directly across from the baggage area are 4 or 5 shuttle services that will take you anywhere in Houston or Galveston. The shuttles to Galveston depart every 30 to 45 minutes and cost $25 per person (that's what we paid in April '05). You can book the return shuttle at the main desk in ship's lobby when you board or a few days before your cruise ends. The cost should be the same. If you would like name and number for this company e-mail me and would be happy to help fuller1958@yahoo.com Liz
