When we got our confirmation email from our TA, all the info correct, it has a link to the Carnival funpass site. We noticed Carnival put all our addresses as the same, even though everyones is different? We changed it, and then the site showed all the info complete. Any idea why they did this? 129days and counting!! Since you went through a TA, you should check with them, but what is the big deal? Carnival only gets what the TA provides, did you provide the TA with all individual addresses? We booked 5 rooms with Carnival directly and they got each address with each cabin correctly. lvtotrvl1 Posted June 7, 2006 #3 Share Posted June 7, 2006 Carnival can only use as much information as the TA gives them. Contact your TA and have them change the addresses. It really doesn't matter, the docs will be delivered to the TA. Did you all pay with one charge card?
