No they do not.

You can pre pay your tips when you pay for your cruise. When tip time comes, you will be given vouchers to hand them in an envelope.

You can pre pay once you are on board and you will be given vouchers to put in the envelopes.

You can hand them cash in envelopes provided to you in your cabin.
