Dolphin swim - xcaret or chank? more time with dolphins

My daughter and I (18 and 45) are weighing the options between spending all day at paradise beach and Dzul Ha, or swimming with Dolphins at either Xcaret or Chank (if we did CHank, we would do the more interactive one). What do you folks think? Which would be more fun? :p We are on the Rhapsody, by the way, and it looks like our ship is there from 9am to 6pm.

pricey but well worth it- I have not read a bad review ever on the place.
