Cabin Question deck 8

I think you're in a great location. Just one flight up and you're on the Lido for that early cup of coffee or that late night snack. We usually don't do room service, so being on "8" is a bonus for us. What ship are you sailing?

We booked a balcony cabin on deck 8 mid ship, what can you tell me about it. We have never sailed on Carnival before. Any hints would also be great. Thanks for the help!!

Look at the deck layout on CCL website and make sure you aren't under any clubs or lounges....We were in 8422 directly below the Azure Lounge. We had the sounds of chairs scraping on floors for most of the night. If you truly are mid ship it shouldn't be a problem. There will be less movement there. Enjoy Carnival! We have loved all the ships we have sailed. Can't wait to go again, but have to wait 'til Jan. '07. Bon voyage!

:D
