Those Coupon Books

Where does everyone get the coupon books? Are they just used until a certain date? Thanks ahead..:D

Mine was delivered to me on the ship. When I booked a cruise, it was a Promotion between the Agency I booked with and Princess. If you book a Princess cruise during the month of March (or whatever), you received a coupon book on the ship and shipboard credit. It was in my room when I arrived with a note saying "From Nancy (TA) and her agency name". My travel agent's agency has ran these promotions several times.

 

The coupon books are good through Dec 31, 2004 (at least the one I had).
