Radisson Baltic Cruisers, Help

Leaving for the Baltic mid August and have some questions for either Radisson Cruisers or anyone else:

 

1. Did Radisson let you take lunch from the ship in St. Pete?

2. Was it hard to find an ATM machine?

3. Has anyone taken the excursion from Radisson which takes you to the

city center if you have your own visa?

4. Does Radisson's Shopping excursion go to the Red October store, or a

different one?

5. Has anyone done the 3 night excursion post/pre cruise to Moscow? Can

you tell me what it was like?

6. Approximately how much in US$ did you convert in Copenhagen, Tallin,

St. Pete and Helsinki?

 

I'd appreciate any advice on the above. Thanks.
