adoptmom Posted September 10, 2006 #1 Share Posted September 10, 2006 All right everyone out there who is griping about the exercise. I just wanted you to know that today, September 10, 2006 is my 40th birthday. In spite of the fact that I have to take the kids to 4 soccer games in a few minutes, I have 4 kids to deal with by myself because DH has to work and I have my birthday party to attend this evening I just spent 40 minutes doing cardio exercise.:D If I can take and make the time on my 40th birthday so can all of you! (BTW, this isn't just today. I do this at least 5 days a week plus strength training in case you were wondering and no, I'm not some little thing who has 5 pounds to lose.) Anyone care to join me and post your daily workouts here? Tami

adoptmom Posted September 11, 2006 Author #5 Share Posted September 11, 2006 I'm happy to say that I made it through my mom's party for me and my "chocolate and Indian food" party and only gained 1/2 a pound. WOOHOO! :D Back to the normal WOE and WOEX today. That includes weight training and either 30 minutes cardio on the bike or walking 2 miles.
