Wrong cabin number on docs

Just received our docs today for our 10/23 sailing on the Legend. We were fortunate to have gotten a 2 category upgrade but the old cabin # is on our docs. My TA isn't in til late afternoon so I called Carnival. I asked them if they would tell me our cabin # but no way I have to speak with my TA because we didn't book with Carnival. Anyone else ever have this happen to them? Thanks Elaine

If the upgrade was recent, yes... that is common. You can get new tags at the pier...

We had booked an inside cabin then changed our mind and booked an OV room on our last cruise. When the paperwork came it had the first cabin's number on everything. We were told to just crossed off the first cabin number and mark in the right one - especially the luggage tags. Our TA was able to give us the new number before we left. We didn't have any problems and got our luggage delivered right away.

Thanks for getting back to me. No matter how much I go onto Carnival's website there is just no way to find out your cabin# or if there is I can't find it. Thx again

Try going to the Carnival website and sending yourself a bon voyage gift. You should see your cabin number before the final checkout option.
