srq2003 Posted September 26, 2006 #1 Share Posted September 26, 2006 Last week I upgraded from an OV to a balcony. Was told by travel agent it would be $XXX.XX. When I checked my credit card balance online I had been overcharged by rccl by $100.00. When I called my travel agent I was told it was a mistake and I would be receiving a credit back to my card.. but it would take up to 3 weeks! Departing this saturday and now I feel like I have $100.00 less to spend on the ship because of the overcharge... This ever happen to anyone else? ACCagent Posted September 26, 2006 #2 Share Posted September 26, 2006 If this was just an accidental overcharge, they usually credit you back immediately so it shouldn't take that long.
