Help - Constellation Disembark in Dover?

A little help from any recent cruisers who disembarked in Dover, U.K. Would you perceive a problem making a 1:00 p.m. flight from Gatwick? Heathrow?

Probably not.....we had a 2:15 flight, and, we were at Heathrow b/4 11AM, even though debarking was about 45 minutes behind the original schedule. We left on a Saturday!

We had a 1:15 p.m. flight out of Heathrow (farther than Gatwick) the day we disembarked and arrived at the airport with about three hours to spare. (Too early for me...) :(

 

We left the ship at 7:30 a.m. via Celebrity transfers (but we booked our own air) and if I remember right and were at the airport no later than 10:00.

 

Celebrity posts the earliest flights they can accomodate with transfers in their precruise booklet that lists the shore excursions. If not, call X customer service.

We disembarked the ship at 7:30AM, and was at Gatwick by 9:00 AM. Had plenty of time to catch my flight back to the states which departed @ 12:40 PM.

Our flight was about the same time and we had no problem at all.

Same with us on June 5th. We had a 1:00 flight, and we were up at 5:00, breakfast at 6:00, in the theatre at 6:25, on the bus by 7:30 and at the airport by 9:00 with a four hour wait for the flight. Much too early, but Celebrity makes sure you don't miss the flight!

I just checked our booklet and it indicates Celebrity will do transfers for any flights leaving at 1:00 or later on day of disembarkation in Dover.
