Dorie7 Posted October 6, 2006 #1 Share Posted October 6, 2006 I thought that the corner cabins in the back were a good choice, but now I am concerned that we booked a cabin with only a single door and no window. Will the cabin seem small and dark? Is 8690 a poor choice on Explorer? Should I have booked a hump cabin instead? Or is there a better type of aft that I should be looking for? Confused, Dorie
Deborito Posted October 6, 2006 #2 Share Posted October 6, 2006 Keep the cabin! We have 8390 on the Navigator and can't wait. Here's some info from the Aft cabin expert Bonnie Voyager. http://boards.cruisecritic.com/showthread.php?t=399768&highlight=bonnie+voyager+8690+8390
Dorie7 Posted October 7, 2006 Author #3 Share Posted October 7, 2006 The link to Bonnie Voyager' s posts was great! After reading it, though I'm a bit confused. It sounds like she recommends 7388 after 1688. Since 7388 is available too, should I switch from 8690 to 7388?? Thanks again, Dorie:confused:
