taking tours on your own in med.

For those of you who have taken the Star med. cruise could you please share your trips to Rome , Florence and Capri on your own . I am not interested in private tours and would like to take the train or hydrofoil . Thank you - first time on these boards.

You'll probably get a better response if you go to Ports of Call Europe board as you'll get cruisers from all the different lines. Some of your questions may have been discussed quite recently as it's "Mediterranean season" at the moment
