Diamond Princess Obstructed view Cat E

I just booked the Diamond Princess Cat E Obstructed view - Guarantee.

The deck plan shows Lifeboats in front of most of the cabins, but there are no lifeboats shown in front of Cat E rooms. Does anyone know what are the obstructions for these rooms? A few pictures show that there might be some small cylinders in front of the window. Any information on this will be appreciated. Thanks, Rick

E-305 was a perfect location. Yes It had some cylinders if view, but The ocean was there. It was close to elevators and easy access.
