8 a.m. or 11 a.m. Cabo Whale Watching

Which time is the more likely one to see the whales in March - 8 a.m. - 10:30 a.m. or 11 a.m. - 1:30 p.m.. Plus there is a choice of a boat that serves soft drinks and water (don't know what kind since it is a Princess excursion) or a Zodiac (obviously no restroom and no drinks).
