Fridge on Freedom

Also, I work in a pharmacy and the nursing units don't have to refrigerate insulin that is currently being used, the fridge is for long term storage. It won't go bad for about a month unless it's exposed to extreme temps.

Hope that helps.

edited to add-you might bring along a coffee container to dispose of your needles so the staff doesn't have any contact with them.

It is correct that insulin does not need to stay cold as long as u use it within one month. you can call guest access services or just call carnival and they will direct your call and they will send the form. The fridges are not that cold but you can store it there if you want. You can ask your cabin steward for the sharps container and one will arrive by evening. But if you use Byetta ( a new sugar control shot) it must be refridgerated within 3 hours of leaving the cold or it will spoil.
