David in the UK office was exceptional and very kind and supportive. Granted I was pretty impressive myself and stayed calm and gave him the chance to think about it and sort it out - but they came through magnificently and speedily. I know there are lots of critical posts about Customer Service, but I am posting this to show that there is excellent service around and to redress the balance a little.
