What is the Skippers Club???

Hi Joe and Dianna! :D

At Long Beach when you boarded the Ecstasy, Skipper's Club would have gotten you on the ship a little earlier. They first board wedding parties, then disabled, then Skipper's Club that did the early check-in. The best benefit is that you would have purchased a category 11 or 12. Since I've only sailed out of Long Beach and the old port at San Pedro, I can't tell youl how it works elsewhere.

I hope we meet up again one day on another cruise!

In Tampa it gets you checkin seated at a desk instead of the long line. They give you slips there they tell you when to board if you get their before everyone starts boarding and you are in the first group. You are seated in the same waiting room as everyone else waiting for your number to be called. We got there before boarding started so don't know what happens if you arrive later probably escorted to the head of the line.
