blmcdps Posted January 27, 2007 #1 Share Posted January 27, 2007 I booked a balcony cabin for my husband's parents for a cruise on the Navigator of The Seas. We have never splurged and done a balcony for ourselves, so I don't know much about balconies. I was able to get them a balcony on the hump, on the 6th floor. Is this a good spot, or should I try to move them higher. Thanks for your advice. I love reading cruise critic.
cb at sea Posted January 27, 2007 #2 Share Posted January 27, 2007 What did they say they preferred? Some folks prefer being lower--since there is less motion--some like the views higher up! At any rate, being on the hump is an excellent location--very convenient!
Sue L Posted January 27, 2007 #3 Share Posted January 27, 2007 the only input I would say is that there are public areas below you on the 6th floor, if it were me I would move up to the 7,8,or 9th so that you have cabins both above you and below you. The hump location is wonderful and extremely convienent.
