Best Restaurants in Acapulco?

We are going to be in Acapulco on a Sunday in March and just found out our cousins from Italy will also be there that day and night. We would like to go out to a really nice restaurant. One with great food, probably lots of courses, open on Sundays. We would be 2 couples around 50yrs age range. Any suggestions? Recomendations?

Please bare in mind that it has been over 10 years since the last time I was in Acapulco. I have eaten at these restaurants and would not hesitate to go back. That said, there are probably new restaurants now.

Madeiras, Coyuca 22, Su Casa, Miramar. I am sure there are many more but these are great restaurants with an awesome view of the bay. Good luck.
