Vancouver pier to airport transfer question

We've got CCL transfers from the pier to the airport in Vancover at cruise end, and a 2:00 pm flight out.

 

I have been second-guessing myself and wondering if it would be easier/less hassle to just grab a taxi than to 1) find the CCL rep; 2) get herded onto a bus; 3) wait for a full load; etc.

 

For you frequent travellers, how does the transfer experience compare to the grabbing a taxi experience? :D

In Vancouver the cost of a taxi from the dock to the airport will run you about $30. + tip and take you about 25 mins. there will be an ample supply of taxis at the dock.

With your included transfer, I would suggest you just use it. The bus loading is clearly visable. The buses load and leave continously, just be off your ship early, and you won't have a problem making your flight.
