Not sure of the price of day passes at Sandals, but when we were in Montego Bay, we took our kids and grandkids to Sunset Beach Spa and Resort and paid less than $50pp. It is not quite as upscale as Sandals but a very nice resort, close to the cruise pier and has a couple of pools including a neat river pool, a swimup bar, nice beach and the pass includes unlimited food and beverages.:)
