To really get a lot of responses and then form your own opinion you should go to ports of call and look at what is said about each. You will get a lot more out of reading those posts. Grand Cayman is wonderful. If you snorkel and want to just walk to a great spot: Eden Rock is close walk and wonderful fish to be seen. Then you can go back to the ship and then shop. And then go to a beach.

I think you would have lots of time. The beacj is close to the port and the helicopter thing is only 75 min total from pick-up to drop-off.
