Cannot sign on to my Princess Account

I had a similar problem last week. I found that when I signed in, I had to go thru 2 or 3 screens instead of one, and when I did, it didn't show my booked cruise for Sept. I also noticed I had different member numbers on my summary and on my cruise booking. I had to call during the day to Princess to the Capt Circle people to get it all straightened away. I didn't want to lose my high gold standing and all related perks because my booking was showing blue !!!!
