Cruise ship caught in cyclone - old footage

this was taken February 14, .2005 - arial video of the cruise ship Voyager getting caught in Cyclone Valentina and pounded by monster waves, many of which smash through the bridge windows. What a way to spend Valentine's Day!

 

this ship was used as a flaoting university, i know there have been other threads on this but someone sent me this and i thought it was intersting.

I've been on several cruises during some hurricanes - one of which tore through the ship, ripped slot machines out of the marble counter-tops, busted through glass panes on stair cases, and turned the lobby into a bowery, but I've never been through a cyclone! WOW!!!
