Using the gym/exersise room

I would like to use the gym onboard the Explorer of the seas. What type of equipment should I expect to see and is there an extra chage to use the facility.

No charge to use the gym.

 

Haven't been on the Explorer, but have been on the Mariner - so would expect to be similar. I would expect a large, well equiped gym... LOADS of treadmills, quite a lot of cross-trainers, a few stationary bikes, a rowing machine, a few steppers, a full range of resoistance machines, full range of free weights etc. Also a studio with swiss balls, matts etc. They also run some fitness classes (aerobics, yoga, pilates), but there is an extra charge for those I think.
