ck53 Posted April 22, 2007 #1 Share Posted April 22, 2007 I called Princess and enquired about high chairs and was told to fax a request over and they would make sure there was a high chair available. After I got off the phone, I realized we have anytime dining and we wouldn't know which dining room we would be in. How does this work? I was just assuming they would have them in all dining areas, but I was told no. Thanks!
Kerry's Girls Posted April 23, 2007 #2 Share Posted April 23, 2007 My twins were still in high chairs on two of our Princess cruises, and I never had to send a fax about highchairs (though I did note it on my girls' preferences in their online profile). You do have to send a fax to request babyfood. We had anytime dining, and it worked out great. The head waiter gave us a 5:30 reservation every night in the same dining room and the high chair was all set up and ready to go for us when we arrived. I would think that if you showed up in a different dining room every night, you might have to wait for someone to run for a high chair if there happen to be a bunch of other babies there already. We had to wait at lunch a couple of times (we ate EVERY meal in the dining room because it was so much easier than the buffet with a baby) - but keep in mind I needed 2 chairs, and it was never a problem because I'd just roll the stroller up to the table until the chair arrived (the lanes are wide enough for wheel chairs, so this was never a problem). Have a great time! Best, Mia
ck53 Posted April 24, 2007 Author #3 Share Posted April 24, 2007 Thanks Mia. I was getting worried. We have a 2 1/2 year old and we will have a booster seat for him and now maybe a 10 month old. Thanks again!
