crznokw Posted April 23, 2007 #1 Share Posted April 23, 2007 The following quote appears in some RCI excursions in St Thomas: "this excursion ends downtown. Guests are responsible for their return transportation to the ship." Does anybody know if this is walking distance to the pier or do you need to take a taxi? ninjababysaunt Posted April 25, 2007 #2 Share Posted April 25, 2007 I asked the same question on **********, and received the answer that from the Wendy's which is right around the corner from Paradise Point to the Coast Guard station which is at the edge of town is one (1) mile which goes along the edge of the water, and I'm told is a beautiful walk. If you enjoy walking, I'd walk to or from town. That's what my brother and I are doing in May, 2007. We are fairly fast walkers, so it shouldn't take us long to go one mile. We walk that length around our neighborhood park in about 20 minutes.
