Brief Stop in Anchorage-What to Do?

We are on a motorcoach (bus I guess) from Talkeetna to Seward the day we embark on the Radiance of the Seas, which is June 8th. We will be stopping for lunch (on our own) in Anchorage for a short time. Can some one recommend something that we can do in Anchorage besides lunch. I am not sure how long we will be there, but I am guessing no more than 2 hours.

Too bad it's for so little time.

Chenega, thanks. we were hoping for some one who has done a cruisetour with RCL might be able to tell us how long we'll be in Anchorage and where we will be stopping. Maybe when we get our tickets we will learn more information.
