Smoking On The Dream

There are public smoking areas on the starboard side, immediately outside the restaurants and lounges. The port side is designated non-smoking. All rooms are non-smoking, though there are always the jackholes that will smoke in them, just like in any non-smoking hotel.

You are incorrect on pretty much all points.

Deck 9 on the dream is completely non smoking (in public areas). This is the deck with the two main dining rooms, Le Bistro, Coffee Bar, Rendevous Bar, etc. So, if you want to avoid smoke entirely, you can stick to this deck.

Also, smoking is allowed in ALL staterooms as well as on private balconies (and this is the case of pretty much all cruise lines).

I was on the Dream a few months back and didn't find the smoke to be bad at all except in the casino. But it is a casino after all and you have to sort of expect that.

Thanks,I can take a little smoke but my mom has COPD and can't be around any at all.

DH has a lung disease, he can't stand smoke at all. Are any of the bars on the Dream non-smoking? We leave Friday for 12 days onboard. Thanks, Vicki

COPD is a lung disease. I can't answer your question but could you post when you get back and let me know how the smoking situation was? Thanks

Yes, all of the bars, lounges, and public areas on deck 9 are non-smoking.
