LibraByTheSea Posted May 12, 2007 #1 Share Posted May 12, 2007 Been on alot of cruises, most with Carnival. Since they started the Past Member VIP status, it is hard not to go Carnival...yep got me! lol I have not read anything about the benefits on the boards recently. Do they still do that? I cruised on the Valor (all by myself) in July 06. They treated me very well as a Platinum. Still going? Some of the perks that I remember was: Skippers Club check-in...a seperate counter at the Pursers desk...priority tender and/or missing the lines in St Thomas for the customs thing (that was appreciated)...canpes and deserts in the cabin a couple nights...an extra cocktail party (didnt go but nice gesture)...the Platinum Stationary (never used it but looked kool) Any update is appreciated. I am sailing Triumph (time #5) in October and hope I still get the benies...lol:cool: librabythesea@comcast.net
